Purdue’s Online Writing Lab (OWL)
OWL has a number of resources students can use for formal and academic writing. It also provides practice exercises to hone students’ skills and guidance for citing in MLA, APA, and the Chicago Manual of Style.
Overview
A long established free resource, the OWL provides interactive and informative material to guide students in a wide range of writing topics. The resources have helped many people write essays, use styles such as APA, and even edit their writing for the work environment. Recently, they’ve expanded their library to include resources for remote learning and teaching.
