This online learning resource explores the interaction between patient and healthcare provider in order to analyze and improve the patient experience. There are five self-paced modules that include video lectures and readings.

Overview

This course is an introductory level to patient mapping. Designed by the Delft University of Technology, this resource has step-by-step, actions and justifications for each part of the patient treatment process. Students will be challenged to think creatively, observe and question patients, and think like medical professionals. The website also offers opportunities to attend a live broadcasted, interactive surgery.
